Dimitri Moise is a Broadway actor who performs in “As Much As I Can”, a play created to humanize the HIV crisis among gay and bisexual black men. He also features in the Biktarvy commercial, "Dimitri", released on September 10th, 2020, and filmed in New York. Dimitri is a director of the board at the NYU LGBTQ Alumni Network, co-founder of TORCH – a charity dedicated to uniting marginalized communities through arts entrepreneurship, and a member of The Leading Edge Arts Project. D’Eva Longoria is a transgender woman living with HIV who contracted the virus after a sexual assault. She also features in the Biktarvy commercial “Being You D’Eva”. She works in an HIV Testing and Prevention Department and is not a commercial actress but was compensated by Gilead for her role in the commercial. She was born in 1976
Zach [surname withheld] is a heterosexual male who was diagnosed with HIV in 2009. He also features in the Biktavry commercial “Zach: Stereotypes” which was filmed in Cape May. Zach is not a commercial actor but was compensated by Gilead for his role in the commercial. He was born in 1985.
Nikki (Nakeisa Jackson) was first diagnosed with HIV when she was 19. Although traumatized by her diagnosis initially, she decided to share her story on YouTube and then wrote her first book. Nikki works as a nurse and is not a commercial actress but was compensated by Gilead for her role in the commercial. She also features in the Biktarvy commercial “Nikki’s story” released on September 09, 2020. She was born in 1989.
Hugo [surname withheld] is of Mexican descent and was first diagnosed with HIV in 1995 when the prognosis was not very good. He also features in the Biktavry commercial “Hugo” released on September 12th, 2020. Hugo is not a commercial actor but was compensated by Gilead for his role in the commercial. He was born in 1956.
